Getting help

In the app

Feedback & Support in the sidebar. Choose what it is about — feedback, a support question, a refund, a privacy matter, or a feature request — and send it.

Everything you send becomes a thread you can follow and reply to. See Support tickets.

Many problems have a known cause: Troubleshooting.

If MedJot will not load or stays offline on a work device, the cause is nearly always the network rather than the app, and Diagnosing a blocked deployment will identify it in a couple of minutes.

What helps us help you

  • What you were doing when it happened.
  • What you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Device and browser — "trust iPad, Safari" is often the whole answer.
  • Whether the connection globe was green, amber or red.
  • Any error wording, verbatim if you can.
warning

Do not paste report content into a support message if there is anything identifiable in it. Describe what happened instead. Support tickets are stored so we can reply to them, unlike your reports.

If you have no account

You do not need one. Every email about an enquiry carries a private link to the thread that needs no sign-in and no password, and you can reply to the email directly. See Support tickets.

Expedited support

Tickets from members of a paid-up organisation are marked expedited automatically and sort to the front of the queue. Nothing to claim, nothing to mention — it is derived from your membership.
