MedJot Premium
What is always free
The clinical core of MedJot is not behind a paywall and is not intended to be:
- Every report section, every finding, every free-text field
- All four presentation types
- Observations and NEWS2
- Every score, care bundle and the frailty scale
- The toolbox — stopwatch, timer, calculators, overdose calculator
- Templates, custom options, device transfer
- Offline working and the whole PWA
- Support
Free accounts are subject to the daily free report limit.
What Premium can unlock
These features are individually switchable, so exactly which require Premium can change over time:
- Differential diagnosis
- ATMIST pre-alert
- GP handover / SBAR
- Safeguarding assist
- Text assist
- PDF export — covering both the clinical and reflective-practice PDFs
- The notepad
Premium also lifts the daily report limit and enables queued AI requests.
A locked feature shows an explanatory panel rather than disappearing. You can always see what exists and what it does before deciding whether it is worth paying for.
Plans
Monthly, quarterly, six-month, yearly and lifetime, plus a trial. Current prices are on the pricing page — they are set centrally and can change, including during a sale, so this documentation does not repeat them.

Other routes to Premium

Checking your status
Account → Membership shows what you hold and when it renews or expires. The connection indicator panel also summarises your entitlement and free-report position.
Referral days and paid Premium do not overlap
Days earned through referrals are banked, not added to a subscription. They start counting only once paid Premium stops covering you — so paying for a year and then earning a free week does not throw the week away.
A note on ACTrack
MedJot Premium is MedJot's. If you also use ACTrack, its Premium is separate and bought separately. One sign-in, two entitlements. See Your account and profile.
