Reflective practice export
A second, different export: the clinical record alongside structured reflection fields, formatted for a CPD portfolio.
What it is for
Professional revalidation asks for reflective accounts of practice. Writing one weeks later from memory is where the useful detail has already gone. This export lets you capture the reflection while the call is fresh and produce a portfolio-ready document from it.
Using it
From the Live Preview panel's export actions, choose the reflection export. Fill in the reflection fields, and MedJot produces a PDF combining them with the clinical detail from the report.
How it differs from the clinical PDF

The reason for the difference: the include toggles exist to control what you paste into a trust ePRF. Your own reflective record should show what actually happened, including the set you took and decided not to carry into the ePRF.

Keeping it safe
The PDF leaves MedJot and lands in your downloads, then in whatever portfolio system you use. Apply the same rule as everywhere: keep patient-identifiable information out of the report, and the export cannot contain any.
A reflective account is about your practice — what you did, what you would change. It does not require the patient to be identifiable, and it should not be.
