About the EtCO₂ unit
Changing it affects new observation sets only. The unit is stamped onto each set when the set is created, so changing your preference never reinterprets a reading you already took. Within the entry form you can tap the field to see the value in the other unit.
Report Defaults
Defaults applied to each new report, so the starting position you always set up is already set up.
